Hi
I was just goin thru my paperwork for my trust deed (im just about half way through a 4 year trust deed) and ive came across a letter that says I have to submit a formal statement of claim no later than march 2013. Is this something my trustee does for me or do I have to do this myself as I don't have a clue what they would need from me??

I don't think there is anything for you to worry about.
Might this be a copy of a letter sent to your creditors?

Yeah top of letter says COPY, duh thank you.
