Form 6 what now???

What happens after form 6 ? I’m now hearing that you need to wait for form 7?? I know i will reach my 6 years since signing in December and hope to manybe get a mortgage or re-mortgage in around a year. How likely are we to be successful in this about a year or 18 months after the 6 years ???

Hi Suzie28.

The key point happened previously - your discharge (Form 5). Form 6 (and 7) don't mean that much to you in practical terms.

You became entitled to expect that your creditors update your credit file to reflect your discharge at the time you were discharged.
