It seems to really vary by firm kerry.
Best to call and get their ETA.

Hi Kerry,
My firm try to issue this to a client 4-6 weeks following their final payment but as TDA has advised it can vary from firm to firm.
I would give your Trustee a call and chase them up. Ask them when you can expect to receive this and then keep on top of them.
David is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum
