Is anyone else out there having problems with this company that have gone bust, there seems to be a conflict in interest between the firm which took over AFS and the Trustee. My TD finished in Feb 2009. I still do not have settlement.I have written to the Trustee, who did not have the decency to reply. What is my next course of action?? Do l have to take legal action?? Where do l stand with him?? I have been told that all funds have been paid to the creditors, so why can l not draw a line under this period of my life and move on!!!!!

Many people have written on the forum (and directly contacted the support team) about delays connected to this situation.
If you have written to your Trustee and cannot get a response the only option open to you at this time may be to complain to the Trustee's regulator.
I say this unwillingly, as the site does not exist to encourage formal complaints, but it is entirely unfair on you that you are not able to get information let alone move on with your life after the Trust Deed.
