Any dealings with them ? . Sent a complaint to them and the OFT, so let's see .

Has anyone had dealings with the IPA , in London ? . Bit miffed that they do not reply to my emails asking for a complaint update against my trustee .
Lastly why does the AIB in Scotland seem so powerless and constantly back down or say suck it and see , because we don't know .

PS . anyone requested to meet their trustee face to face but been ignored and fed[?] bovine waste ?? .

Word up forum users ! .

Looks like my Trustee is going to back up his threats after seven years . With a act of reduction planned by him very soon .

I have been backed into a corner , and will stand my ground and fight . There are no other options open to me ,there seem's to be no progress regarding my complaints against him .

Guess it is time to resolve this once and for all in a court of law , do not know how I am going to pay for my legal advice but the truth will come out . With the help I have been given by the experts on this site (Noble Mark in particular ) I am very confident of coming out of this on top and with my good name unblemished , as my family motto states I SHINE , NOT BURN .[:p]

Onwards to battle !!

Hi pinalta.

Have you had notification that this is now happening?

Would you welcome it as a way to bring the stalemate to an end?

I have seen emails from the Trustee's solicitors to my ex wife's solicitors , stating that they had spoken to a Advocate about raising a action of reduction . Given the time scale , and the effect this has had on my health , I can see no other option . It's kill or cure time , but I firmly belive due to the advice I been given through the site , and the many hours of hard work put in by Mark , my chances of wining are very high .
Given that because of the stalemate , an offer of composition was made to my creditors and accepted by ALL of them , it's something which constitutes new ground under Trust deeds , but there is provision to do so under the terms of my deed . Will keep the forum posted .

Hi Pinalta,
As you know I am in the same situation as you and its getting worse. I initially contacted the Insolvency Practitioners Association but I had no paperwork to back up my complaint. In the end I decided to contact the Financial Ombudsman who were really helpful, they explained everything to me and said that BTs have 8 weeks to explain why my Discharge has not gone through after the 8 weeks they are going to raise my complaint with them. I have never in my life come across such malpractice from a company in my entire life. Otherwise contact R T the chief executive of the company Im sure he will be interested and in all fairness he did tell them to sort it out for me. Maybe also It would be good to let him know how his Company is treating people he wont like to hear about that. I wish you luck and let me know how you get on RT e-mail address on BT website.
