last payment made today its been a very quick 3 years
Can anyone tell me what exactly happens now spoke to the trust deed people who stated they need to do "further checks" can anyone tell me what these checks are ?

Hi GallowsS and welcome to the forum.
Congratulations on making your final payment and successfully completing your Trust Deed.
I'm really not too sure what they mean by completing further checks. Your going to have to ask them for clarification on this.
Generally with my firm once someone has made their final payment we will do a quick case review to ensure that everything has been paid and all matters dealt with and then it's approximately 4-6 weeks for us to send out the Form 5 certificate of discharge.
I would get back onto your Trustee and ask them when you can expect your Form 5.
