Hi Guys, Can you advise if you were made redundant in between final payment being made and recieving your discharge letter , would you have to hand over your payment ?

I don't think they can take the statutory amount. and with regards to the rest it may well be negotiable.

If you have not been formally discharged from your Trust Deed then the Trustee will have an interest in any redundancy funds you are due to receive. I would suggest you contact your Trustee to discuss this matter in more detail.
