My fees were £5,000 then I found a letter stating in may 2013 that my fees were revised to £6,300. This is for a £10,000 debt. Are they are allowed to do this?

Hi emma99.
Fees being increased like this is a hot topic at the moment and changes are on the way.
In this instance the creditors have options open to them if they believe the fee increase is unwarranted.
