Hi

Sitting at the end of the process its a bit nerve wracking knowing it's going too to be circa another 6 months until closure process begins, for me it's been 3 years anticipating this moment and rightly or wrongly it feels like to goalposts have been moved and it's an anti climax. There seems to be no set rules at this stage of the PTD. If pestering the company is not working and nothing is progressing, at what point would you be able to do something about this/use some sort of process, I mean at worst how long could your case just sit in limbo, could it be indefinite?

You have the option to make a complaint if, at any point in the future, you deem that to be appropriate downandout.

This would be to the firm first, then the professional body of which your trustee is a member if the first step didn't produce a result that was acceptable to you.
