Hi Folks.
Regular contributor while I was in my td, 2011-2014, but less so now, though I do come back on now and again to throw my tuppence worth of advice into the forum if I think it will be of any use.
I do have a question of my own though.
Next month will be the third anniversary of my (and my trustees)discharge from the td. Or to put it another way, six years since it started, though psychologically, I prefer the first description !
Am I right in thinking that given this time scale, the trust deed will finally fall off my credit report never to be seen again and therefore the last remaining hindrance to building my credit rating will be no more, or am I being too simplistic and perhaps even got my time scale wrong ?
It has been so refreshing to see my credit score grow over the past 35 months since I was discharged, but obviously the td is still showing as the last remaining "negative" on my credit report, so the sooner it is away for good the better.
Keep up the good work guys, and to all those setting out on the journey I completed almost three years ago, keep the faith!

Hi there A.D.

I hope all is well with you?

You're correct that the trust deed entry will fall off your credit file six years after it began.

Nearly there!
