PS I wish it was possible to thank each poster but i have actually had in writing from the trust deed Company that my trust deed would not be failed if I could not afford payments, as the situation was outwish my control and this has been confirmed by their complaints team which makes me feel so much better about it all,
Thanks again ๐

Hi Pinkveggie,
So just to confirm you have actually received something in writing from your Trustee to confirm that because the change in circumstances was out with your control they will not fail your Trust Deed?
If this is the case then I assume they will see out your Trust Deed duration and at the end will release you from the Trust Deed and more importantly provide you with your discharge from the debts.
It's the point about being discharged from your debts at the end which is the important part.

Hi Pinkveggie,
Communication is key in pretty much all scenarios and especially in your situation. If you can keep the Trustee up to date with your current financial position and tell them that you are doing all at that you can to try and improve things then this will help.
Speak with your Relationship Manager about that letter and let us know how you get on.
