I wished I had found this website before I signed up, I called my Trustee/IP this morning asking if 2/3 to them and 1/3 to me for any extra income was acceptable and they want 80% and that is final they even said they could/would take 100% of any extra earned, I have advised them that I am not willing to do any extra work and it would be the creditors that would loose out . I have contacted the parent company regarding the difference in information the agent and the trustee are saying but its each blaming one another and the agent says he has called the IP to discuss but she denies the contact so I just have to think this is one I cant progress any further will keep you posted
Im just wondering now if I can change IP during my Trust Deed
