Hi I am 3 years into a 7 year TD. 4 years and 3 year extention for equity in my home. Is it possible after the 4 years that I can pay extra monthly to reduce the extention time? Or is it possible for a 3rd party to pay extra monthly after the 4 years to reduce the 3 year extention? Thanks

Hi Romy and welcome to the forum.
Yes at the end of the 4 years you or the third party can increase the payments to reduce the timescale for the payment of the equity.
