Hi everyone, again! I think I'm becoming a TD forum addict...!
[:0] I'm just wondering if any of you who also have a husband/wife in a trust deed, plus 2 kids, (so basically a family of 4 with both parents in a trust deed) would share how much you have been allowed per month for housekeeping, clothing and hobbies/entertainment ? And do u need to keep receipts for proof of what you spend ? Like food bills, clothing bills etc..

Hi Nemo1.

Hopefully some people may share their experience with you soon.

You'll not need receipts for the types of things you've mentioned.

If you haven't read it already, this page may answer some of your questions:

Not at all Nemo1. Forums are pretty boring without questions!

On the question of the actual figures... advisers are asked not to share the ranges by those that produce them.

The logic is that people should put forward the actual figures they believe they need, and an adviser should propose amendments if they seem to sit a bit too high or low.

Sometimes I think this makes good sense. Other times I think the numbers should simply be put out there so there is some information and transparency to help people.
