Hello
I have a trust deed nearing the end the company who are looking after this are now looking for me to sell my house to pay it of the amount they are requesting is more than it was to start with i have made all my payments also i have no details of what they have been doing for me
can i contact the bank direct as it is them who are due the bulk of the money & can i demand copy's of any correspondence they have with the debtors

Welcome to the forum Roy.
Can I suggest that you amend your username to something other than (what I'm guessing) is your email address? You can do that by logging into your "profile". It might stop you from receiving a load of spam emails in the future.
Could you let us know how much your home is worth please?
Could you also let us know how much remains owing on the mortgage?
You can certainly ask your trustee for details regarding their correspondence with your creditors. Is there a particular reason that you'd like to see that?
