Selling anyway due to separation.

Protected 2014...due to finish 2018...early finish after selling house!

Didn't even know that's the kind if trust deed I had...Don't think it's anything to do with my trustee, but more to do with the silly middle man company who didn't explain anything very well!

Hi FF36.

It might be worth double checking with your trustee that this is the type of trust deed that you have.

You'll need to speak with them anyway as they'll need to be involved in the sale of the property and you'll want to know how that will all work.
