This is all very sad and no one deserves the way these people have been treated. A question for Dollybee, you have said that the £22,000 also included the car and salary increases? Did you not have the regular 6 monthly review? This would show up your salary increases and if I am correct it is down to your Trustee to increase or decrease your payments accordingly, also the car surely you were told before you signed if they had some interest in it? If not this must be serious neglect on your Trustee's side, check ALL your paperwork. Annmarie this is so sad that you will lose your home, may I wish you best wishes with your future and I hope that everything works out for you.
Sam.

Hi Sam21
Yes, they did do 6 monthly reviews, but they just kept saying they would extend it by so many months to clear the extra and now at the end I owe them £2000 in arrears alone. They did say about the car also at the start, but they want just under £5000 for that and just under £15000 for house. They dont seem in a rush to let me know what they propose to do. Hopefully they will extand mine to let me pay it up and then give them a lump sum when most of it has been paid off. It will kill me to sell up and move out.

Hi Annemarie,

Things can only get better now for you and your family. A trust deed was the worst thing a homeowner can get into.

Thanks for the comment Dollybee but it is pretty poor that it got sold to me as this wonderful thing that would solve all my problems as long as I pay it monthly. Well its not. Yeh the banks might be loaning again but whats been the point of this trust deed if I'm just going to put myself in debt again. Its unbelievable but I just feel so stitched up by this whole thing and would not recommend this to anybody as its done me no help whatsoever..
