Can I also add that this forum proves invaluable at times. There are occasions when you just need to ask questions and get things off your chest.
Trust deeds don't last forever and life will go on at the end.

Fizban, PJG supplied me with copies of all Comms with them, from initial discussions, proposals and signed agreements.
This included what had been proposed to the Creditors.

it's worth raking through your paperwork.

I've emailed my trustee at PJG asking for such copies.
I just wish my TD had remained with them to completion. They were always fantastic with me.
I know that Chris Parry has stated that all TD's transferred to Creditfix will have the terms honoured so that's good news.

My paperwork is incomplete. My fault for being over enthusiastic when having a clear out of an old folder to make room for bank statements and wage slips, as well as a small flood in my kitchen resulting in the loss of a few things.

Almost time for work. I'll keep this thread up to date with any developments.
