Have a long running battle with my truste , who is constantly delaying things by inaction and issuing threats with no evidence to back his statements up . With the help of an expert from this site , a full account of my solvency was sent to them to dispute his claim about alienation .
That was nearly a year ago , despite constantly asking if he wished to try a act of reduction which would be disputed with proof of my solvency at the time . How long can my trustee ignore me ?? , he seems to be using his solicitor as a stalling tatic without replying directly . All the solicitor can say is that they are awaiting instructions !!. Seven years and no end in sight , comments please !!.[V]

Hello pinalta.

I'm afraid that I cannot answer your question, but as I've written before I do hope this all gets sorted out for you sometime very soon.

Good morning candlewick.

There's no protocol set by the site.

The experts here make their own decisions about how they choose to use their time.

Three of them (generally quietly behind the scenes, but sometimes more publicly when a poster chooses to write about it) have gone way out of their way to help people directly when they thought something was wrong or they felt there was something they could do to help that would make a big difference to that individual.

I think that's terrific and says a lot of good things about them as individuals and professionals.

What would your comments be?
