I also have a car on HP . this runs out next september , If I am discharged this year , small chance , will it be included as an assest .

If the car is still on HP you do not own it. Therefore there isn't an asset to realise.

If the HP payments have been completed and title of the car passes to you it's possible that you'd be seen to have gained an asset. From such an acquired asset the value (or part of the value) might need to be released for the benefit of your creditors.
