Hi Dollybee.

I think you'll need to ask your Trustee whether your car will be valued again. If it's uplifted I doubt there's much point as it will be sold for what it is worth, but I can see why this might be relevant if you are trying to raise the cash by other means.

The issues of the equity in your car and home are separate matters which I'd assume your Trustee would look at independently of each other.

Hi Dollybee
They valued the car at £1600 , it was our second car. I got it valued online and they accepted £600. I argued their valuation was based on good condition , and thati n a trust deed the car didn't get well maintained. I have one on HP and as I can#tpay my equity I am dreading them looking for more money next year from that when the Hp completes .
Could you not argue that you need to car to get to work to continue paying the equity . No car , no work , no equity ????
You know Dollybee , just like ann marie . i am getting to the stage where iwant to had back the keys and end it . This constant scratching about as they raise the equity is putting me under too much stress.
Hope you get it fixed out .
