HI MY TRUST DEED ENDED THREE YEARS AGO I HAVE TRIED JUST ABOUT EVERY MORTGAGE AND LOAN COMPANY OUT THERE.BUT NO LUCK IN RAISING THE HALF SHARE OF EQUITY IN MY PROPERTY.NOW INVOCAS HAS SENT ME A LETTER ASKING ME TO START MAKING MY PAYMENTS AGAIN.DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE THANKS AGAIN

How much do you owe to the trust deed to deal with the equity?
Could you also let us know how much you are being asked to pay each month now?
Also could you let us know how much your share of the equity would actually be worth now if the property were sold now (in light of the general reduction in property values in recent years)?
The property lending market is extremely difficult, indeed pretty much closed for business, to anyone currently in a trust deed. However there can be other options depending upon the circumstances.
