What happens if you get to the end of your TD, but have not heard from the company. Do you just stop paying them?

Hi melissa,

Congratulations if you're correct and you have now completed your trust deed payments.

My advice would be to contact the firm to ensure that they're of the same view as you. Otherwise you'll not be 100% sure and you may be waiting for some certainty until their closure process begins.

You'll also be able to ask how long it will be before your discharge is provided.

Hi melissa,

As TDA has advised your best to contact your Trustee to confirm that you have completed all of your agreed payments. A quick phone call should do the trick.

Ask them about your Form 5 and when you can expect to receive this which is your official completion certificate.

Oh and a well done for reaching this point and completing your Trust Deed and just in time for Christmas.

Let us know how you get on when you speak with your Trustee.
