Hi i am eligible for british nationality and wanted to apply for naturalisation but wanted to confirm if trust deed affects it as there is a requirement for good character and they also check bankruptcy.does anyone on this forum know or anyone who has applied for it or if this information can be obtained for me from home office
My trust deed's last payment is in september but i think it takes 1 year for name to be removed from register

Hi ibmstyle.
Your trust deed is removed from the register of insolvencies one year after your trustee is discharged. This is likely to be some time after you yourself have been discharged.
I'm afraid we have no knowledge of whether or how a personal insolvency could affect such an application. I'd suggest that it would be best for you to approach a specialist on the naturalisation process for an answer to this question.
