Hi looking for advice. my trust deed was discharged a few years ago and I have misplaced my letter of discharge. the other problem is I am unable recollect the company I used. is there any way I can find out this information.

If you contact the Accountant in Bankruptcy they may well have the appropriate records.

Hi Tigger73,
As TDA has suggested best to contact the Accountant in Bankruptcy who should be able to assist.
Another way is when did you sign your Trust Deed? If it was prior to November 2013 then you may find details of your Trust added in the Edinburgh Gazette. This will give you the name of the company you signed the Trust Deed with and you could contact them tomorrow morning.
