Received a letter saying I had not responded to a PPI claim from years ago. (I was in a Trust Deed so any awards that came through during that time I sent directly to my Trustee) So sent off the paperwork to be told we had been awarded money but as I had outstandingd ebts with the bank they have sent it to Dect Recovery. After getting the run around over several months they said They had used the money to off set my debt, even thought someone at the Bank had said I may be due something back as I was discharged. i asked for paperwork confirming this and I am still waiting over a month later. Am I entitled to this money?
