HI all,

I'm on the AIB as discharged and my trustee has also been discharged. This was almost 5 months ago. However, there is absolutely no record of my TD on any of my credit files.

What should happen to my defaulted accounts on my credit file now I've been discharged? Should their status change?

Thanks,

Robbie

Hi robbiegwa,

How long ago did your trust deed begin?

Have you changed address since your trust deed began?

HI TDA,

My TD was signed on 28/11/11 and my discharge date was 26/05/16.

I changed address 3 months after signing my TDA but my address and linked address are on the AIB and my credit report.

Thanks,

Robbie

That's strange isn't it robbiegwa?

I wonder what would happen if you ran a credit search on yourself using your old address?

Irrespective, you can still prove that you've been discharged from your trust deed without this being on your credit file so you have every right to expect your creditors to mark any default notices as being "satisfied" or "partially satisfied".
