Hi jojo93

On 1 April 2008, the Protected Trust Deed Regulations came into force, which is when Form 5's and Form 6's came into being. If you were discharged over 12 years ago your trust deed will have been governed by the Bankruptcy Act 1985, so there was no requirement for Trustees to issue Form 5's.

Jojo

At this time you would have received a form 11 and in essence you wold have been discharged same time as the trustee.

Given the length of time that has passed I am not sure whether the trustee or the AIB will have a copy of this.
