I'm really surprised that they haven't yet started to look at the possibility of PPI on your case and can understand the frustration this must be causing especially 20 months after receiving your Form 5.

I would keep on top of them on a weekly basis asking for updates. Phone, email and write letters if need be. The more you keep on top of them and almost become a nuisance the more they will probably focus on your case to get it discharged.

I do hope things start to move in your case and you can get full closure soon.
