As long as it is marked as satisfied or partially settled it shouldn't really matter however, the original default date should be the same as the date you signed PTD as then it will fall off 6 years from that date.

So if it is defaulted from June 2012 if should fall off June this year but it must be marked as satisfied partially .... etc.

Hi guys thanks for the replies , My two creation accounts are showing as default Sep 16 and Feb 16 and satisfied Oct 16 and March 16

Hi delpy8.

Assuming these are trust deed creditors, you should be able to expect that they backdate these default notices to the time that your trust deed began.

You'll need to contact them to press them on it.
