Ive just completed my final payment of my Trust Deed.
Can someone put my mind to rest to inform me that the 'Form 5' forms are pretty simple to complete and that is all the information the creditors require, or do they require a covering letter also?
There is also a Form 6, which is a discharge form. What is this for and is it something that i should be using, or just Form 5?
Sorry for sounding a bit simple, I'm just trying to get it right first time to save any further grief at a later stage.
Any further information of what to do at this stage would be grateful.I have the Register of Insolvencies reference numbers, any other reference numbers required for Creditors?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum Rickie1.

A completed Form 5 will be issued by your trustee to you. It's not something you need to complete.

Form 6 is your trustee's discharge. Again, nothing for you to worry about.

Well done on reaching the end of your trust deed.
