I was discharged from my trustdeed in Ict 2013. As I got my parents to pay it off as full and final payment. I have a buyer for my house and everything was going great until my trustee informed me that because they have not been discharged they will be taking my share. Is this right? Feel like ive been wrongly advised as I thought once you were dischargef that was it. How wrongwas I to think that.
