Hello Dell00,

I'm sorry to hear that your struggling with your finances again.

I would give your case manager a call and discuss the difficulties that you are having with them. They should be understanding and may even reduce your payments to allow you to catch up with your secured loan arrears.

I would also speak with First Plus to explain your financially struggling. They ultimately want you to pay your loan and may be understanding and try to help you.

Do you think that if you hadn't had the problems with the roof and the purchase of the new washing machine you would be able to maintain all of your bills including your TD payment?

Also, how many months have you missed for your Trust Deed and First Plus payments?

I know it must be difficult but if you can speak with your case manager and First Plus you may find they are able to help ease your situation. Communication is key to a lot of these things.
