Hi Folks,

So after completing a DAS in 2022 and paying it off fully unfortunately life has been a rollercoaster and in that rollercoaster I've managed to amass debt again due to longer term sickness and some poor financial management. At least I am no stranger to debt management. Anyhow would appreciate some advice/thoughts in the best and safest way to proceed with a solution-

Current joint dmp just recently started £560 a month. Ends Jan 2037. Debts all unsecured mainly credit cards / personal loans.

Mortgage 219k remaining.  Current home possible value 337k.

Yearly income just under 60k plus 35k roughly, plus monthly child benefit 230ish.

What possibilities would I be looking at as a solution obviously thinking about protecting home mainly.

Many thanks

DASdude

Hi Dasdude, while you're waiting for one of our advisers to chip in, why not check out our ai chat tool. It doesn't replace advice from a professional, but can help you with options and questions. https://chat.trust-deed.co.uk/ we'd love if you came back and told us if it's of help or not.
