Hello everyone,
I am devastated 3 weeks ago I phoned Begbies Traynor regarding my Discharge at last they have told me that they have sorted out the problems they were having with HMRC and that I would be discharged in 2 weeks. I am now going into year 7 of the trust deed. I phoned today as I have been eagerly awaiting a Letter of Discharge rushing home from work never to find it. When I phoned today the lady saaid that they are now complaining to the Financial Ombudsman because RBS and Santander have not paid up PPI. (Two years ago I applied for this) they are also saying that Barclaycard paid money into my bank account at some point which I am also not aware of every time I phone there is some sort of problem. I feel if they have now started a complaint with the Finaacial Ombudsman how much longer until Discharge now 7 or 8 years My complaint to the Insolvency Practitioner hass done no good mostly because of the shame I have felt over this trust deed and the deletion of all correspondence I have no paper trail to back up my complaint, so they cant help me, I am so fed up and depressed.

Hello lissybladey.

I'm so sorry to hear this, it seems like it's one thing after another for you.

Hang in there, it will come to an end at some point.

Hi there.

Anything that's added to your credit file should vanish six years after it was added.
