Hi,

I made my first payment to a PTD at the beginning of Mar. I've now made 3 payments so far, but I've still not had any official word about whether it has been accepted and no official documentation saying whether it is going ahead or not.

I thought they were supposed to give you a decision after 5 weeks, but that's 9 weeks now and I've still not heard anything!

Is anyone else noticing a delay?

Thanks,

Hi dp1973.

I'm sure you would have heard if there were a problem, so hopefully the news is good.

Probably best to call your trust deed company on Monday to get an update.

You can log on to the AIB website and join the Register Of Insolvencies... And search you name and it should appear if your Trust Deed has been protected

Hi,
Thanks for that advice Porcupine - I registered and found myself and according to the listing my case had a date of registration as a protected trust deed of 19/04/11.
So I guess that's good news... I would have thought they would have confirmed something in writing though.. is that not what happens?
