Hi all
I am 0ver 3 years clear of discharge but Bank of Scotland and Next are still showing "defaults" upto even this month for the debts covered by my previous Trust Deed..which was paid and finished..does anyone know the address of the relwvent departments of these companies so thatvi can write to them and get them to clear this issue...thanks in advance:)

Following your discharge you would have received a certificate of discharge either a Form 5 or Form 11 depending on the date you signed the Trust Deed.
This will need to be sent with your letter.
I would try the following:
Bank of Scotland, PO Box 23581, Edinburgh, EH1 1WH
Next Retail Ltd , Gedding Road, Leicester, LE5 5DW
