i have 3 defaults listed on my credit report, in open accounts, from creditors who are on my trust deed. Should they be listed as "settled" or "satisfied" from the date I became protected?
My other creditors are listed as settled or satisfied

Thanks

Hi craigied7.

As you are still in your trust deed I cannot see why your creditors should have necessarily updated your credit file for these debts being settled or satisfied.

The debts still exist, and the money is still owed, until such time that you're discharged.

Hello. Yes my trust deed lasts for another 3 years. I can only see 3 out of the 5 creditors on my credit reports? The other 2 are not there which is strange? I have checked equifax and noddle

Hi craigied7.

I don't think lenders have to report to credit reference agencies. I'm pretty certain that they don't have to report to all of them.
