Topic starter  

I am due to complete my TD in the next few months therefore I had a look at my credit file. One lender has put a default against the account 6 months ago more than 3 years after my TD was protected. Do I wait until I am discharged and get them to back date or do I contact them now?

Default notices should be issued no later than the start of your trust deed.
