Hi there I wonder if someone could help me, it been 4 months since my Trustee was discharged however my creditors are still showing default on my credit file, does anyone know what I should do or who I should call to get this updated as settled, thank you.

Hi poprey.

They should have been updated soon after your own discharge, let alone the subsequent discharge of your trustee.

Hopefully the following article will help you:

Ok thanks TDA I will look at this, I take it any letters I send should be to the creditors head office.

They should deal with it wherever you send it poprey.

If you take the complaints route you'll find specific addresses for this on their websites.

You could choose the customer services address if you don't want to make a formal complaint.

You could also call them instead and keep notes.
