I think this thread has run it's course now.

There are a number of aspects to it that make me (and I'm sure many other regular visitors to the forum) question whether everyone involved in it is coming from the starting point of being worried about debt or trust deeds, and looking for information in connection to this.

Ed209 - I'm sure any provider of trust deeds will be happy to discuss fees with you. As fees vary from case to case, no direct provider of trust deeds is going to make a fee commitment to you in a web forum. I wish you well in finding what you are looking for.
