Am i correct in thinking that as I have been given form5 then I am free to sell my house and the trustee no longer has a claim on my property.
Discharge is in the register although as yet there is no trustee discharge.

Hi cooler.
We think so, though we have heard of a couple of ex-clients of a single firm that have been told otherwise in recent times. I do think those situations were resolved subsequently however.
My advice would be to talk to your former trustee first before starting the sale process - I doubt that there will be an issue though.
