David put me at ease from the moment we spoke on the phone! I was even comfortable with him coming to visit me at home. He was so easy to talk to and non judgemental! I highly recommend if your struggling with debt to contact him. Thanks to David I can now see a light at the end of the dark tunnel!

I'm very glad to hear that you've been happy with David's assistance Nic2026.

We've worked with David and Kevin for a long time now - as well as them both really knowing what they're talking about, they are both genuinely nice people as well.

Hi Nic2026,

Thank you for your kind words and positive feedback.

I think a lot of people think we are going to judge them about having debts but that's not the case. As an advisor what I want to do is help someone get out of the debt which they are in making it as painless and smooth as possible.

I could tell you were pretty nervous at our meeting and I'm glad I was able to put you at ease. I think I even made friends with your cats although when I got home myself my cat and dog had a good nosey at me as I think they could smell them. The two of them greet me quicker than my kids when I get home.

You have my details if you have anything you are worried about anything so feel free to text, email or call me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Gleith.

I realise this doesn't help you but for other who may be considering their options It's always a good idea to not rush into things with the first company or advisor you speak to. Things can vary from firm to firm and how cases are dealt with and its therefore always a good idea to seek a second opinion on things.

Customer service is key for both of the firms on the forum and for many other but sometimes this can be lost a little.

I always look at it on the basis that I hold very powerful knowledge and experience to really help and change someone's life and to clear the debts that are unmanageable and causing them untold stress. If I can help them onto a plan and they complete it fantastic.
