After 14 years should a former trustee still be allowed to even store our details never mind hold on to Ppi monies ?

It would depend on whether they could establish that they have a lawful basis to do so.

TDA is correct. There are many reasons why a trustee is required to hold onto information.

One reason may have been awaiting the decision of the Mond case.

Have you experienced this yourself and if so, have you asked the trustee on what basis the information is continued to be held?
