Been trying to find up to date details for data controllers at the institutions I'm looking to contact about my credit file since they are still coming up as defaulted and rather large balances owing. Anything I find seems to be quite old or I find multiple, and very different, details.
I had 2 current account overdrafts and 1 credit card that were with RBS. Is it the same data controller for the CC and the overdraft, and if so, does anyone have the correct address I should be writing to?
Also, I'm looking for up to date details for Halifax credit cards and Link Financial. If anyone has addresses for these places, I'd be very grateful.

Hi upstream.
On the ICO (Information Commissioner) website you'll find a searchable "Register of Data Controllers".
There's a legal responsibility for this register to be kept up to date.
