i am thinking of doing a DAS for my debts what happens to my bank account will i still be able to keep it open. I dont owe the bank any money.

Probably jd61, though to be extra sure you may wish to check with the bank what their acceptance criteria for that account is.
If the account has credit facilities and the bank becomes aware of the DAS they might be unhappy about the situation for example.

Our DAS Advisor states he is not aware of any problems with Banks in this respect.
