A good summary of a typical trust deed I would say - thanks for taking the time colski and others addressing notntodeedyet's worries. We experts on here can give a lot of information but it really is no substitute for the first-hand experience of people who have been in the same position themselves.

I agree Kevin and thank you to all who have replied. It does help knowing what everyone else's experiences have been. I know that if/when it goes protected I will then breathe easier and can knuckle down and sort my mess out. I'm so so focussed on doing this x

You might find some creditors are more persistant than others. This is normal. You'll also find that you start getting letters from companies you haven't dealt with. That's just who-ever your creditors have sold the debt on to. Again this is normal and who-ever you get letters from, you can be sure that someone on here'll have dealt with them at some point and can advise you of how long it took before it all calmed down. It'll be a bit stressful for a while but no-where near as stressful as when you were worrying about your debts.

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
