Hi
my trust deed was advertised last Tuesday and apparently the letters were sent to creditors on the Wednesday, I have received 2 calls today and both creditors are saying they haven't received notification. Is this normal? I am assured the letters have been sent.

Thanks

Hi, I think each of the creditors have their own company who represent them as a creditor in this sort of thing, not really sure what they're called/classed as, but I believe that your trustee will contact these guys as opposed to the creditor directly. I had this happen to me also, just tell them it has been sent(probably to someone further down the line than the person you are talking to).

Ho prenticebaby.

SkintAlly is correct. The major creditors outsource review of trust deed proposals to one of a couple of agents that your Trustee will have contacted.

The agents should pass back information to your creditors, but it can take a little while for this to be updated administratively.
