Hi, thanks for your reply, it was set at £200 per month, but since then I have changed jobs, moved house and had a pay rise, my salary has risen but so has my outgoings and the payments have remained at £200. I have to go through a questionnaire every 6 months giving up to date financial information. I am happy with paying £200 a month, Ijust want it to be over so I can save for a mortgage. Will the trustee automatically be discharged after the 3 years or is it likely to go over as with some of the trust deeds that I have been reading about on here? I know this site is for trust deeds but it is the most helpful site i have found, your advice is appreciated.

I think I am getting confused between being discharged from sequestration and being discharged by the trustee

Hi juliet.

The site is here to help anyone worried about debt or debt solutions.

You've been discharged, so that part of this is finished for you.

Do what you have to for the next (slightly less than) two years and it's finished.
