Creditor Contact

Hi All,

Can you please advise if creditors should still be contacting me if my Trust deed is protected.

I was informed by my trustee that the objection date had past and my trust deed was now protedted but still recieiving txt, calls letters ect.

Hi Bigred,

If you are still receiving texts, calls and letters you need to let your Trustee know. If you don't tell your Trustee about it then they will assume that you are not receiving any hassle from the creditors and it will continue.

As soon as you let your Trustee know they will contact that creditor and inform them about your Trust Deed again and that should stop the creditor contacting you.

It's nothing which you need to worry about, let your Trustee deal with it.
